Victoria Howie serves as the President of Internal Operations at Bailey’s Medical Equipment and Pharmacy, where she has been a key part of the organization since 2015. With nearly a decade of experience in the healthcare services industry, Victoria brings a deep understanding of operational leadership, compliance, and strategic development.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida, where she also minored in Health Sciences. During her time at UCF, Victoria served on the leadership boards of several campus organizations, reflecting her long-standing commitment to service and excellence. Victoria is currently pursuing her Compliance Officer Certification, further demonstrating her dedication to ensuring the highest standards of regulatory integrity and organizational effectiveness.
