Danielle Campbell is the Chief Financial Officer of Medical Hotspots, Inc. dba Bailey’s Medical Equipment and Supplies, where she has built a strong and inspiring career rooted in dedication, growth, and leadership. Born and raised in Palm Beach County, Danielle always had a passion for healthcare—spending her childhood roleplaying as a doctor or nurse, foreshadowing a lifelong commitment to the medical field.

She began her journey with Bailey’s in April 2015 and, after taking an extended maternity leave in 2016 to raise her youngest child, returned in 2017 with an even greater drive. Starting as a backend biller, she quickly advanced through the ranks—first as a Medicare Billing Specialist, then Billing Manager by 2019. In 2020, she was promoted to Vice President of Finance, and in 2024, she became the Chief Financial Officer of the organization.

In her current role, Danielle oversees not only Bailey’s Medical but also supports various branches of the organization, including Bailey’s Pharmacy, Bailey’s Real Estate, and several of Dr. Trisha Bailey’s other entrepreneurial ventures—such as Serenity Ranch, Bailey’s Scrubs, Bailey’s Choice Homes, and upcoming international development projects.

Danielle holds a science degree from Florida Atlantic University and proudly wears many hats—as a businesswoman, leader, CFO, and mother of two. Married since 2017, she balances her family life and career with grace and gratitude. A proud baseball mom and passionate advocate for women in leadership, Danielle continues to grow both personally and professionally, always striving to make a meaningful impact.
